I am taking some refresher courses to get the old synapses firing. Been in kind of a rut lately. Signed on with a Trainer to wake up my dormant muscles. Did exceeding well on all of the strength tests. Need to figure out why I am so weary and uninspired. Hoping these simple steps can get me back on the right path.
